A service affecting incident exists for the following services:

UH Network and Internet Services

ITAC, in coordination with administrators and support staff, have developed the following impact assessment:

SME’s identified the device that cause disruption to network and internet services occurred. They opened a TAC case with Cisco and have provided them the log. Cisco support was unable to determine the root cause of the issue and recommend SME to continue monitor. The network has been stabilized since 2:56 PM yesterday.
